One of my passions is traveling! Below is a short overview of some places that I have been both personally and professionally.

Ghana, Africa - volunteer trip

Traveled to a remote town in central Ghana where we spent a few weeks volunteering at Liberty Home Orphanage (20 children) and Liberty School (180 children). Learning about Ghanaian culture and their needs was a moving experience. Quite possibly one of the poorest places in the world with many needs, we learned a great deal on this trip and met some wonderful people, and hope that we were able to make some positive impact as well.

Vietnam

I traveled to Vietnam as part of the competitive E-Scholars program to conduct meetings with international business owners. For example, I met with with plastic injection molding factory managers for product production. I visited Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Na Trang. We also learned about Vietnamese culture and how to conduct international business.
